1. How long does delivery take?
1) Our general delivery time is 7-15 business days.
2) We will send you an e-mail to inform you that the goods have been scheduled for delivery and the approximate arrival time, when you complete the payment order.

3. Can I change the delivery address of my package after it has been shipped out?

Our XJ-HOME Bluetooth turntable has excellent sound quality and is suitable for daily listening in most scenarios. Although it is not a high-end speaker, it performs well in the same price range.
Do I need to perform regular maintenance on the turntable?
Yes, regularly clean the stylus and records to ensure that the device is in good condition. In addition, checking and adjusting the tracking force can improve the sound quality.
Is this turntable compatible with all types of vinyl records?
Our turntable supports standard 33 1/3 and 45 RPM vinyl records, but not 78 RPM records.
Can I connect the turntable to my audio system?
Of course! The turntable is equipped with switchable Bluetooth and line outputs, which makes it easy to connect to a variety of audio equipment.
How do I set up the USB digitization function?
After connecting the turntable to the computer, you can digitize your vinyl records using the appropriate recording software. Please refer to the user manual for specific steps.
